摘要(Abstract):
叙述国内外多年来在机械密封研究中的端面流体膜压和膜厚的测量方法和结果。说明各种方法的优缺点和所适用的条件,提出应用电容法对机械密封端面流休膜厚测量时提高精度的改进措施。
