摘要(Abstract):
目前大庆油田采用深度处理污水进行复合驱回注,污水处理工艺复杂.分析油田深度处理污水(深污)、普通处理污水(普污)和强碱三元采出污水(三元污)等,对强碱三元复合体系界面性能、稳定性、乳化能力、抗吸附性能、岩心注入能力及驱油效率的影响程度.结果表明:深度处理污水和普通处理污水配制体系有较好的抗吸附性能,同时与原油配伍性较好,普通处理污水比深度处理污水表现出更好的注入能力和驱油效率;强碱三元采出污水注入能力最好,但水质成分复杂,原油配伍性和抗吸附性能较差.根据配制三元复合体系性能,优选结果为普污>深污>三元污.普通处理污水和深度处理污水达到复合体系性能要求,可以回注强碱三元复合驱区块,降低成本,减少采出液排放污染;三元采出污水有待采用更先进的手段进行处理.
