摘要(Abstract):
以Y-Beta/MCM-41新型复合分子筛和无定形硅铝为酸性组分,以W-Ni为活性金属组分,制备中油型加氢裂化催化剂.采用XRD、SEM-EDS、NH3-TPD、Py-IR和XRF等分析技术对催化剂进行表征,并在200mL加氢评价装置中对催化剂进行加氢裂化性能评价.结果表明,该催化剂在反应压力为15MPa、氢油体积比为1 500∶1、体积空速为1.5h-1的条件下,中油选择性为79.16%,C+5液体收率为98.92%,温度在65~140℃时重石脑油芳潜质量分数为43.3%,温度在140~370℃时柴油十六烷值为61.7,温度大于370℃时尾油BMCI值为6.5,分别可作为优质的重整装置进料、柴油调和组分及乙烯裂解原料.
