摘要(Abstract):
针对渤海油田聚合物驱后油井含水率上升快,地层残留大量聚合物随采出液无效采出的问题,通过实验,研制一种适合渤海油田的残留聚合物再利用新型调驱剂,利用地层残留的聚合物形成絮凝体封堵高渗透层,控制含水上升速度和扩大流体波及体积.结果表明:再利用调驱剂淀粉改性型阳离子聚合物ZRS与低质量浓度、低相对分子质量的残留聚合物,通过"静电缔合"和"吸附架桥"作用形成空间网络结构,封堵优势通道,提高流动阻力;ZRS具有较好的注入性,剪切后黏度保留率可达90%以上,60d后对岩心的封堵率保持为94%,实验采收率较聚合物驱后续水驱增加10.6%.
