摘要(Abstract):
传统的地震资料处理系统以地震道为数据输入输出单元,难以集成基于道集的复杂处理算法,并且数据I/O效率低.提出基于道集流的数据输入输出模式,采用道头信息索引数据库,可以按关键字进行道集快速筛选和排序;给出文件锁、随机写、独立输出3种数据文件输出方式,解决数据文件并行输出时写数据冲突问题,实现多个计算节点并行数据输出;建立独立的数据输入、输出进程,利用数据缓冲机制,实现计算进程与数据输入、输出进程的并行运行.地震资料处理系统MPS的应用结果表明,基于道集流的地震数据I/O速度得到较大提高.
