摘要(Abstract):
针对大庆油田二类油层增产改造的需要,开发柔性微球颗粒调剖剂,通过双管岩心驱替和封堵实验,研究剪切过程对柔性微球颗粒调剖剂性能的影响,以及柔性微球颗粒调剖剂对驱油效率的影响.实验结果表明,柔性微球颗粒调剖剂的初始粒径为18.02μm,能够以任意浓度在水中均匀分散,遇水后缓速膨胀,48h后柔性微球颗粒的粒径增加20%~30%.柔性微球颗粒剂出口粒径为18.13μm,与驱替前颗粒调剖剂的粒径相当,多次剪切后柔性微球颗粒剂的粒径保持不变.岩心封堵后水驱残余阻力因数达到214.低渗沙管的残余油可以被有效地动用,双管岩心驱替整体提高采收率10%以上,增油效果显著,可以有效解决大庆油田二类油层增产改造的问题.
