摘要(Abstract):
利用水力相当直径的概念,将Mukherjee-Brill气液两相管流压降计算方法拓展到抽油机井井筒压力预测中,同时考虑焦耳-汤姆逊效应及油套环空流体对流换热对井筒温度分布的影响,结合沈阳油田沈84-安12区块原油高压物性数据及其地面脱气原油黏温数据,建立预测高凝油抽油机井井筒压力-温度分布的综合数学模型.采用迭代法进行求解并编制了应用软件,进而利用现场实测井温数据对模型中较难确定的油套环空流体视换热系数进行修正,对沈采矿场5口冷抽井的井筒温度进行预测.结果表明:油套环空气柱段视换热系数取17 W/(m2.℃),液柱段取29 W/(m2.℃)较好;修正后的模型具有一定精度,相对误差不超过10%,能够有效预测高凝油抽油机井井筒压力-温度分布.
