摘要(Abstract)：

依据风险应对策略选择的基本原则,分析规避、转移、缓解、自留等4种风险应对策略的成本,建立这4种风险的成本测算模型,设计应对策略可行性评价模型和优选模型,构建应对策略选择的线性规划模型,为项目风险应对策略选择提供具有可操作性和实用性的方法.
