摘要(Abstract):
给出一种在IEEE 802.16宽带无线网络中提供视频点播、传输流媒体信息的解决方案.该方案利用基于H.264扩展分级视频编码技术,以及一种通过实时监控网络中流量拥塞状况而进行自适应码率控制的机制.仿真结果表明,采用该方法无线接入资源利用率达到96%,能够有效保证视频流平滑、稳定传输,视频信息持续播放.
