摘要(Abstract):
以后合成方法制备的Y/Al-SBA-15复合分子筛为主要裂化组分、W-Ni金属组合为加氢组分,利用浸渍法制备系列化的新型微孔-介孔复合分子筛加氢裂化催化剂,分析重油加氢裂化性能.结果表明,新型加氢裂化催化剂结合SBA-15的介孔结构和Y分子筛的酸性特征,其中Y/Al-SBA-15复合分子筛载体中Y分子筛和SBA-15的质量分数比是影响催化剂性质和加氢裂化性能的主要因素.受到Y和SBA-15分子筛之间的协同作用,大孔容与低酸强度匹配对大分子环烷烃和芳烃裂化开环裂化具有较强的催化性能,表现出高的中油选择性和优异的产品性质.
