Journal of Northeast Petroleum University is supervised by Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education and sponsored by Northeast Petroleum University and published by Periodical Office of Northeast Petroleum University. It joins China Periodicals Association, China Editology Society of Science Periodicals, Society of China University Journals, Heilongjiang Editology Society of Science Periodicals and China Media Culture Promotion Association.
