Since 2020, the Journal of Northeast Petroleum University has been converted to a fully open access journal. All articles of this journal after 2020 are immediately and permanently available for free access to all readers on the official website of this journal. Readers can use, copy and distribute them under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license agreement. Articles published before 2020 are non-open access works, and the copyright of such articles belongs to the editorial department of this journal. Readers can obtain the full text content from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI).

Article Archiving Policy

All articles of this journal since 2020 have been digitally archived and can be searched and downloaded on the official website of this journal. To ensure data security, all information has also been backed up in the editorial department. In the event of a suspension of publication, readers can obtain back issue articles from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) platform. The full text of articles published before 2020 can be obtained on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) platform.

This journal allows authors to store all versions of their articles in the institutions or other knowledge repositories of their choice. They must indicate the standardized journal publication information in the article metadata of the storage institutions or other knowledge repositories and use it as a recommended citation method.

Data Sharing

Data sharing is conducive to the repeated verification of scientific research. This journal encourages authors to share research data, such as original research data, observation records and experimental results, etc. Authors can also share materials such as software, code, models and algorithms used in the research. Authors can upload shared data or materials to open storage platforms (such as Scientific Data Bank), and place the access link at the end of the text. After the publication of the article, this journal welcomes authors and readers to engage in discussions. Comments can be sent to the email address of this journal. The editorial department will handle it as soon as it is received and provide feedback as appropriate. This journal welcomes readers and authors to supervise each other and actively provide feedback on relevant information to jointly create a favorable academic atmosphere.
