Opinions should be made on whether the manuscript can be sent for re-review, revised and sent for re-review, or rejected.

2. Peer review

The review experts should be industry professionals with senior professional titles or doctoral degrees, who are in similar fields, politically mature, conscientious and responsible for the review work, and proficient in writing papers. 3. Re-review

It is held by the executive editor-in-chief or the director of the editorial department. Based on the initial review by the editorial department and the opinions of peer review, a re-review is conducted and a re-review opinion is provided. 4. Final review
