Journal of Submission (hereinafter referred to as the "Journal"): Journal of Northeast Petroleum University

The author(s) (copyright owner(s)) of the above paper agree to have the said paper published in the Journal of Northeast Petroleum University, and voluntarily transfer the property rights of the copyright of the said paper to the Editorial Office of the Journal of Northeast Petroleum University on a worldwide basis, and hereby clarify the following matters:

1. The author(s) warrant that the paper is an original work and does not involve issues of academic misconduct such as classification/secrecy violations or simultaneous submission to multiple journals. In the event of any infringement or disclosure of confidential information, all liability shall be borne by the author(s).

2. All co-authors agree to transfer to the Journal the rights to reproduce and disseminate the paper, as well as the accompanying figures, tables, abstracts, or any other content that may be extracted from the paper, in their entirety. These rights include, but are not limited to, the rights of reproduction, distribution, dissemination via information networks, broadcasting, performance, translation, compilation, adaptation, and other property rights of copyright.

3. The author(s) warrant that there is no dispute over the authorship attribution of the paper. In the event of any authorship dispute, liability shall be borne by the author(s).

4. Review fees: The Journal does not charge any fees for paper review. However, if during the review process (except for delays in the review process) the author(s) request withdrawal of the manuscript for reasons attributable to the author(s), a review fee of RMB 300 per paper shall be payable.

5. Publication fees: After the paper is accepted, the author(s) are required to pay publication fees as requested, at the rate of RMB 1,200 per paper. The specific amount shall be subject to the payment notice. If the author(s) request withdrawal during the publication process for reasons attributable to the author(s), the publication fees shall not be refunded.

6. Transfer compensation: After the paper is accepted, the Journal shall pay the author(s) a one-time honorarium and transfer fee at the rate of RMB 100 per paper.

7. To facilitate the authors' research, study, writing, and publication, the Journal and its affiliated licensing platforms provide corresponding services to the author(s), including printed issues and online data access.

8. This Agreement shall take effect from the date of signing. After all authors have signed their names and the date in handwritten form in the order listed, the scanned or photographed copy of this Agreement, together with the payment notice, shall be sent to the designated email address: xuebao6503458@126.com. The scanned or photographed copy shall have the same legal validity as the original.
