摘要(Abstract):
采用水热合成法合成SAPO-11、ZSM-22、ZSM-23和ZSM-35具有十元环一维孔道结构的分子筛,应用XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD方法对分子筛样品进行表征,利用连续流动固定床评价装置,考察反应温度为400℃、空速为7h-1条件下,4种分子筛对正丁烯骨架异构化性能,分析分子筛的酸性及其空间孔道结构对催化性能的影响.结果表明:对于正丁烯骨架异构,十元环一维的分子筛催化剂中ZSM-35分子筛的性能最佳,异丁烯选择性超过91%,异丁烯收率可在10h内持续在44%左右.
