摘要(Abstract):
针对喇嘛甸油田特高含水期开发特点,研究低成本沥青颗粒调剖技术,提出沥青原材料优选、沥青调质改性、磺化及降温研磨三步加工法.结果表明:沥青颗粒在水溶液中搅拌后静止3min悬浮率大于90%,黏弹域温度在40~60℃可调,粒径在0.02~1.00mm可控;沥青颗粒来源于地层且可在地面合成,在油层高温条件下相互粘结,对地层伤害小;调剖剂成本低,配置质量浓度为3 000mg/L时,每立方米调剖液中颗粒成本在20元以内,具有封堵强度高、增油有效期长等特点,为厚油层挖潜提供经济和有效的技术支持.
