摘要(Abstract):
为了改善咪唑啉类缓蚀剂耐高温性能,满足油气井酸化施工需要,在一种新型咪唑啉缓蚀剂基础上,添加丙炔醇、碘化钾等助剂进行复配,得到一种具有抗高温性能的酸化缓蚀剂MZL-1,采用失重法测试MZL-1缓蚀性能,采用电化学测试和SEM、EDS等实验分析MZL-1缓蚀机理。结果表明∶在20.00%HCl、1.0%加量、90℃温度条件下,添加酸化缓蚀剂MZL-1的N80试片的腐蚀速率为1.30g/(m2·h)。腐蚀速率降低原因是MZL-1缓蚀剂分子吸附到碳钢表面,形成一层致密的吸附膜,阻碍侵蚀性离子和试片表面的接触,有效抑制钢铁试片在酸液中的腐蚀。
